If in the rare event you have not received your order within 7 working days please check the tracking information and if unable to resolve with the Courier please contact us immediately via email (email@example.com)
If within the 7 working days tracking shows there is an issue that you cannot resolve with the Courier please contact us immediately via our Contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org, it is your responsibility to report lost items to us within 7 days of notified dispatch.
You may return any un-opened items within 30 days of placing your order for a full refund. You must contact us before returning the items using our Contact Form or email email@example.com so we can provide a returns number for your return. We do not cover return postage but we’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item for example). All goods must be returned in original packaging, we cannot accept back food items without their original packaging. For this reason, please check all products before decanting into containers and report any issues within 7 days.
We recommend you send back goods tracked or signed for to ensure we receive, we cannot issue a refund unless the goods are returned to us. Once returned the goods will be inspected, if a refund is approved you should expect to receive your refund within 7 working days of us receiving the goods back.
